Amrita Rao has now jumped on the bandwagon. She is the latest to have gone for a makeover and the transformation is pretty drastic in her case. Not that the actress was ever bad looking, but had stuck to a squeaky clean, girl next door image right through. Amrita who made a notable debut with Ishq Vishk was typecast as a simple, sweet, lovable young thing. The tomboyish Sanjana from Main Hoon Na, the coy, ultra obedient Poonam from Vivah or the naive, village belle Kamla from Welcome to Sajjanpur, Amrita’s roles have hardly given her the opportunity to be bold and out there.

But with a series of movies that do allow her to dare and bare are to folloe and the Amrita’s ready to em on. The actress donned sexy outfits and glamorous make up to flaunt her petite, toned body. Sha says about the upcoming movie Victory opposite Harman Baweja, “I am doing something I am most comfortable, I am doing something that’s my age”. Amrita reportedly plays a cheerleader in the movie. So, is this a sort of warm up for the outgoing sexy avatar she is about to take on? She says, “Right now we are just doing a photo shoot because needs to be updated with photographs”.

Not many know that Amrita is also a trained classical singer, but is concentrating on histrionics at the moment. The lady is experimenting with only her looks at the moment.
